“I enjoy taking complex, technical topics and writing an article or blog post that makes that subject understandable and interesting to the reader. One of my favorite things to write is customer case studies—some of my clients’ customers are so enthusiastic that their actual quotes are better than anything I could make up (love that!). I’ve also been exploring how social media can create new channels of communication for our clients.”
